Hiring
How does hiring work?
You book a discovery call. We scope the role and build a candidate profile. We recruit for 7 to 14 days. You interview our top 3. You pick and your VA starts.
How long does it take?
Most placements happen inside 14 business days from the discovery call. Some specialist roles take a few days longer.
Who recruits the VA?
Our in-house recruitment team. We don't outsource this.
Who interviews them?
We do first-round interviews. You interview the shortlist yourself before choosing.
Candidates
Where are your VAs based?
Philippines. Most are in Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, and other urban centers with reliable infrastructure.
How are they screened?
Five stages. Sourcing, skills testing, English assessment, video interview, background and reference check.
What experience do they have?
Most have 3 to 8 years in BPO, corporate, or previous VA roles. Senior placements have 8+ years.
Can I request specific skills or tools?
Yes. That's the entire point of the candidate profile. Tell us the tools, we screen for them.
Cost
How is pricing structured?
A one-time, flat placement fee starting at $1,500, based on role and seniority. There's no per-hour markup and no ongoing cut of your VA's pay, you pay them directly once they're placed.
Full-time vs part-time?
Both. Full-time is more common because most roles benefit from a dedicated person.
Are there contracts?
No lock-in with us. Once your VA is placed, they work directly for you under whatever arrangement you set together.
What happens if the VA doesn't work out?
60-day replacement guarantee. We recruit a replacement at no additional placement cost.
Management
Who manages the VA day to day?
You do. They report to you and take direction from you.
How do I communicate with them?
However you already communicate with your team. Slack, email, Zoom, Loom, whatever you use.
What happens if they leave?
You get a replacement under the same terms as the original placement.
Do they take US holidays?
We recommend giving them the same holiday schedule your team gets. Many clients honor both US and Philippine holidays.
